3. How much is postage within Australia?
Standard Post:
1 pair = $4.00 (no tracking)
2 pairs = $5.00 (no tracking)
Tracked Standard Post:
1 pair = $6.50
2 pairs = $8.00
3-10 pairs = $11.50
10+ pairs = $16.00
Express Post:
1 pair = $12.00
2+ pairs = $20.00
Desert/Sand/Full Cover Trail Gaiters = $11.50

5. How long will delivery take?
Subject to when payment is made and cleared, it can take up to 10 working/business days
How to Attach Trail Gaiters to Your Shoes
- Make sure the back/heel of your shoes are clean and dry
- Centre the velcro onto the back/heel of your shoe (see picture)
- Remove backing paper and apply pressure to the velcro for a few seconds to ensure a good stick, ideally leave for 24 hours for glue to cure
- If the velcro does not stick securely, use a little glue such as shoe goo or tarzan grip
How to Wear Trail Gaiters
- Get dressed for your adventure
- Slip on Trail Gaiter over bare feet
- Put on socks
- Put on shoe, do up laces
- Attach Trail Gaiter to Velcro at back of shoe
- Hook the hook onto the shoelace at the toe of your shoe (see picture)
- For Vibram style shoe, loop elastic through hook at front
- Loop over toe
How to Wash Trail Gaiters
- Leave the hooks on your Trail Gaiters
- Put Trail Gaiters into a lingerie bag
- Wash on normal cycle
- Dry in shade - do not tumble dry
NB: Trail Gaiters with a metallic finish must be hand washed
Return and Refund Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product, in the original packaging to obtain a full refund less postal and delivery charges.
- You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- Any custom orders, sale or discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or faulty. All defective or faulty products need to be returned in the original packaging.
- For all returned goods please include the reason for return, what action you would like taken, your name, address and phone number.
- The responsibility for any product returned remains with you until we receive it. If you send a product back for an exchange, you will be charged postage for the new product back to you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non refundable.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can organise an exchange or refund. Return the unused product in the original packaging.
- Replacement of a damaged or faulty product will be sent after we have received the damaged faulty product.
